Okay, so capping at 40 did not happen but hey it all worked out on January 9th. I want to thank al of the people who helped out or offered to help with the event and the prizing. 

Thanks to Royal Board Shop for the prizing and the crazy mascot! 

Way to Cold

Sorry about canceling the last RBC Riders event however, COP closed due to extreme cold and wind-chill. 

I will be posting the replacement date as soon as I arrange it with COP. 

2008-2009 Tentative Schedule

Here are the following dates and locations for the 2008/2009 RBC Riders Events 

1) January 9th - COP 

2) January 23rd - COP 

3) February 6th - COP 

4) February 20th - COP 

5) March 13th - COP 

6) May 10th - Sunshine 

Of course more dates may be added at other venues and I will post them as they are secured. The events are as always only $5.00 to enter with everyone receiving some kind of swag. Registration will open at 5:00 pm at COP events and events will begin at 6:30 pm sharp. Sunshine event times will be posted later. 

As always, volunteers are needed and we will be recruiting throughout the year. 

RBC Riders Alberta Blog Up and Running!

I said it would happen sooner or later and thanks to the Alberta Snowboarding Association and my new Macbook we will be blogging about the 2008/2009 RBC Riders Program. 

We will be adding photos and the upcoming Schedule in the next couple of weeks.
